A strong mindset and effective daily routines are the key to living a fit and healthy life as a mom. What you do consistently defines who you are. That’s why we start with the foundation: mindset work. A strong mindset and supportive routines empower you to stay committed in the long run, overcome obstacles, and achieve your fitness and nutrition goals. Together, we’ll focus on building your mindset and integrating practical, goal-oriented routines into your daily life as a mom and working professional, ensuring lasting success.
Personal Training for mothers

We’ll start with an effective, postnatal personal training program tailored to your goals and your body after pregnancy. The most effective approach often combines strength and endurance exercises, along with focused core and pelvic floor training, to help you regain fitness and feel comfortable in your body again. We train whenever and wherever it suits you best – your baby is welcome to join, too! We’ll work out together once a week, and you’ll also receive customized workout plans and videos designed to fit your lifestyle, so you can train flexibly at home. Your workouts and plans will be regularly adjusted to ensure steady progress and keep you motivated.
process monitoring

We’ll have regular check-up appointments to track your progress and discuss how well the program fits into your daily life. These check-ups include body measurements and photos, allowing you to see the changes in your body over time. Depending on your goals, this could mean a more toned body, a firmer booty, or a flatter stomach. Additionally, I’m available via WhatsApp for quick support whenever you have questions, ensuring you stay on track and motivated for the long term.
nutrition counseling

We start with an overview of essential nutrition basics. you will understand why you’re eating certain foods and how they can boost your health and energy levels. We’ll then focus on integrating these principles into your family’s daily life, as this is often where the biggest challenges arise. Together, we’ll create quick and healthy recipes that not only support your fitness and health but also benefit your entire family. Our recipes are designed to be: simple, delicious, family-friendly, and quick to prepare. You’ll develop a holistic, long-term approach to nutrition, learning how to make smart choices at the supermarket and create balanced, healthy meals. You’ll also be introduced to the 80/20 method, a practical approach to establishing lasting, sustainable eating habits.
